I visited the hotel twice in a short span, and while the staff at the spa made my experience delightful, there were some cleanliness and accessibility issues that need addressing. The food in the tearoom was excellent, but the overall maintenance of the facilities leaves something to be desired. A mix of great service and noticeable shortcomings made my visits enjoyable yet frustrating at times.

Service
6.0
The staff at the spa were lovely and accommodating, making me feel comfortable despite my sensitive skin. However, the reception service was lacking attentiveness and professionalism, which was quite frustrating.
Location
7.0
The hotel is situated in a beautiful area, but the lack of accessibility for individuals with physical disabilities, particularly regarding the stairs to the tearoom, is problematic.
Dining
9.0
The food in the tearoom was fabulous; they catered to allergies wonderfully, and the three-course meal was a highlight of my visit. However, I would prefer a more classic presentation with ceramic plates instead of wooden boards.
Facilities
5.0
The pool area needs more consistent cleaning and care and the spa facilities were pleasant but could benefit from additional changing rooms.

We had a lovely weekend stay, enjoying a spacious and clean room with a great view from the balcony. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, making our booking process smooth. We had an overall good experience with the dining, though there were minor hiccups during dinner service. The spa was a highlight, but the pool felt a bit chilly. I would recommend this place for a relaxing getaway, though those with mobility issues should be cautious of room placements.
