Relaxing Spa Experience

I thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities during my stay, especially the sauna and steam room which provided a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. I visited the hotel twice in a short span, and while the staff at the spa made my experience delightful, there were some cleanliness and accessibility issues that need addressing. The food in the tearoom was excellent, but the overall maintenance of the facilities leaves something to be desired. A mix of great service and noticeable shortcomings made my visits enjoyable yet frustrating at times.
